What’s New on the 2023 Yeti SB120
Yeti SB120 T-Series builds have an updated Switch Infinity suspension platform. It has 100% standard sealed Enduro Max bearings, pressed right into the linkage assembly instead of the frame. Less chance of damage when it’s time to replacement. Along with better bearings and hardware for improved kinematics, longevity, sensitivity, and strength.
The universal derailleur hanger, aka UDH, pivots out of the way to protect your derailleur against chain jams. You can find the bearings and UDH at almost any bike shop, Yeti dealer or not. Internal cable routing keeps things tidy with no rattling sounds. The shock extender optimizes leverage rates while pushing the shock forward in the frame.
Forward positioning allows for more shock compatibility and decreases standover height while leaving more room big water bottles. Of course, the SB120 comes in a wide range of sizes for different heights. Size-specific seat tube angles and chain stay lengths give everyone the same level of performance.
The frame also has a high-clearance downtube for those extra rough trails. It comes with protection, so there’s no chance of damage. Other features include boost spacing, long dropper compatibility, DR Swiss XM wheels, 4-piston brakes, and ODI Elite Pro grips. Lastly, there are two new colors, Sangria and Sage.
