It's Pretty Simple, if we ship it, it ships free via UPS ground to all 50 states in the United States. Most bikes are ready to ship within 2-3 days after your order is placed. Shipping transit times vary by location, demand, and UPS logistics.

Do you need expedited shipped? That will be extra, but we will only charge you the difference between our standard shipping costs and the expedited shipping cost. Contact us to inquire about expedited shipping.

Professionaly Assembled

Your new bike is fully assembled¹ by one of our experienced, professional mechanics. The drivetrain is dialed in, hydraulic brakes are bled, and if relevant to your bike, tubeless tires and dropper post are setup. We even dial in the suspension for your body weight.
¹Mountain bikes, road bikes, and gravel bikes are fully assembled prior to shipping. All other bikes including kids bikes, cruisers, bmx bikes, etc. may be shipped in the original manufacturers packaging.

Securely Packaged

After assembly, we remove the front wheel and handlebar from the bike (leaving the brakes and shifters installed on the handlebar). Most of the bike is wrapped in bubble wrap and shrink wrap. We then pack everything in a very large, heavy-duty, double-wall corrugated cardboard box.

Ride Ready in 5 Minutes

Remove the packing material, attach the front wheel (6mm allen wrench) and the handlebar (3mm or 4mm allen wrench), and you are ready to set KOMs!
