We ship bikes fully assembled in a very large bike box, so there’s very little setup required when it arrives. Bikes are set up in store by our expert mechanics prior to packaging for shipping.
How to Set Up Your Bike
Carefully open the box and remove the packaging. Install the front wheel and straighten the handlebar. You'll also need pedals unless you bought pedals with your bike. The suspension (if there is one) will be pre-tuned to your weight. You should be able to ride within a few minutes of opening the box.

Is there anything you want to change on this bike? We can customize the bike for you before shipping it out, just get in touch. That includes anything from basic changes like swapping out the handlebars or saddle, to complex makeovers like a drivetrain swap.

The 2026 Norco Revolver C2 120 GX AXS is built for riders who want to move fast and ride far. This lightweight cross-country machine blends modern race geometry with capable suspension and high-end components. The result is a bike that climbs efficiently, descends with confidence, and keeps the ride feeling playful and smooth.
At the center of the bike is Norco’s advanced carbon frame. It is light, stiff, and built to handle serious race efforts. The frame delivers 120mm of rear travel and uses Norco’s Ride Aligned design philosophy. This approach helps balance geometry, suspension performance, and rider fit. The result is a bike that feels stable at speed while still remaining quick and responsive on tight trails.
The frame also includes modern details that riders appreciate. A Universal Derailleur Hanger keeps things simple and easy to service. Internal routing keeps the bike clean and quiet. The design is also Eagle Transmission compatible, making it ready for the newest drivetrain technologies. Everything about the frame focuses on efficiency and durability.
Suspension is handled by a Fox 34SL Performance Float fork with 130mm of travel. This fork is light but very capable. It uses Fox’s Grip damper to keep the front end controlled on rough trails. The 44mm offset helps maintain precise steering and predictable handling. In the rear, a Fox Float SL Performance shock delivers 120mm of travel. The cockpit is designed for control and comfort. Norco’s 6061 aluminum handlebar offers a comfortable rise and wide stance for better stability. Smaller sizes feature a 760mm width while larger sizes step up to 780mm. A 50mm Norco stem keeps steering quick and responsive.
A TranzX dropper post adds versatility to the bike. Travel varies by frame size so every rider gets the right fit. It allows quick saddle adjustments for climbing or descending. A WTB Silverado Medium saddle and WTB Wavelength grips round out the cockpit with dependable comfort.
The wheels combine strength and performance. Race Face ARC 30 Offset rims are paired with DT Swiss 350 hubs. This setup is durable and rolls smoothly over rough terrain. The bike is finished with a Maxxis Forekaster 2.4 front tire and Maxxis Rekon 2.4 rear tire. This combination offers excellent traction while maintaining low rolling resistance.
