We ship bikes fully assembled in a very large bike box, so there’s very little setup required when it arrives. Bikes are set up in store by our expert mechanics prior to packaging for shipping.
How to Set Up Your Bike
Carefully open the box and remove the packaging. Install the front wheel and straighten the handlebar. You'll also need pedals unless you bought pedals with your bike. The suspension (if there is one) will be pre-tuned to your weight. You should be able to ride within a few minutes of opening the box.
Customize This Bike
Is there anything you want to change on this bike? We can customize the bike for you before shipping it out, just get in touch. That includes anything from basic changes like swapping out the handlebars or saddle, to complex makeovers like a drivetrain swap.

The 2027 Santa Cruz Tallboy 6 CC XX FA Limited Edition is a rare, no-compromise trail bike created for riders who want cutting-edge suspension technology, elite components, and a finish that will stand apart on any trail. Santa Cruz is producing only an extremely limited number of these bikes for North America, making the Lavender Luster Tallboy as collectible as it is capable. Beneath the custom paint is the lively 29-inch Tallboy platform, with 130mm of rear travel, a 140mm fork, and a balanced four-bar suspension layout that blends efficient climbing with confident descending.
The centerpiece of this limited build is RockShox Flight Attendant. A Pike Ultimate Flight Attendant fork and Super Deluxe Ultimate Flight Attendant piggy-back shock work together as an electronically controlled suspension system that can react to terrain and rider input. The result is a bike that can feel firm and supportive when power is being applied, then open up for traction and control as the trail becomes rough. It adds a level of adaptability that suits the Tallboy perfectly, preserving its quick, energetic personality while giving it greater composure when speeds rise.
SRAM XX SL Transmission delivers precise wireless shifting with a lightweight, premium parts package. The electronic drivetrain is built to shift confidently under load, which is especially valuable on technical climbs and rolling terrain where momentum matters. SRAM Maven Ultimate Carbon brakes are color matched to the Lavender Luster frame and paired with 180mm rotors front and rear. Reserve 30|SL carbon rims are laced to Chris King 50th Anniversary hubs, creating a wheelset that is both high performing and visually distinctive. Maxxis Dissector 29x2.4 tires are fitted front and rear, with MaxxGrip compound up front for confident cornering and braking traction, and MaxxTerra at the rear for a useful balance of speed, grip, and durability.
