Lifetime Frame Warranty
The Lifetime Frame Warranty covers frames and rigid forks for defects in materials or workmanship. It's valid for the lifetime of the frame or fork and applies exclusively to the original owner, so if you a Santa Cruz bike used unfortunately the frame warranty does not apply to you.
The lifetime warranty applies to bikes or frames purchased on or after May 1, 2015.
Paint, finishes, and decals are covered for 3 years, excluding issues caused by excessive UV/outdoor exposure. Don't store your bike the yard in a sunny spot!
Lifetime Bearing Replacement
The warranty also includes lifetime bearing replacements for the original owner for as long as they own their bike. You can request replacements by filling out the Santa Cruz warranty form. You'll need a copy of your receipt from when you bought the bike, so do save that in a safe place.

Lifetime Bottle Cage Warranty
