How we choose these builds

Our mechanics select each base bike and upgrade path based on what holds up on the trail and the overall direction we want to take the bike in. That might mean a wheel upgrade for stiffness and weight, a drivetrain swap for wider gear range, or a fork upgrade. They're custom in the sense that we've upgraded the stock bike's components, not in the sense that we built them to your personal spec or designed a frame from scratch. The frames are exactly as the manufacturers designed them; the components on top have been chosen and installed by our team. What's the difference between this collection and a fully custom build?

A fully custom build starts with a conversation about what you want, and we source and assemble the bike to match, so design time can take weeks. An Airpark Exclusive bike is already built, tested, and in stock.

Yes. All of these bikes are built and tuned in our shop before they ship, so they arrive ready to ride, not as a box of parts to put together.

Can I customize an Airpark Exclusive build further after I buy it?

Yes. Since these bikes use standard, commercially available components, you can upgrade or swap parts at any time, either on your own or with our shop's help.

Do these bikes carry the manufacturer's warranty?

Yes. Because the frame is unmodified from the manufacturer's stock design, it carries the same warranty coverage as any other bike from that brand.
