Founded in 1981 in Mendocino, California, Ibis Cycles is one of the true originals in mountain biking. Built around a philosophy of balance, efficiency, and craftsmanship, Ibis bikes have earned a reputation for delivering exceptional ride quality. After being relaunched in 2005 under its original founder Scot Nicol and a new team, the company remains proudly independent and continues to design and test all its bikes in Santa Cruz, California.

Ibis bikes are known for feeling “alive” on the trail, meaning light, efficient, and incredibly well-balanced. The Ibis DW-Link suspension and size-specific geometry are part of the secret sauce here.

• Small: 5'1" – 5'5" (155 – 165 cm)
• Medium: 5'5" – 5'9" (165 – 175 cm)
• Large: 5'9" – 6'1" (175 – 185 cm)
• X-Large: 6'1" – 6'4" (185 – 193 cm)
• XX-Large: 6'4" – 6'7" (193 – 200 cm)

If you're between sizes, size down for a more playful and agile ride, or size up for extra stability and climbing room.

What makes Ibis bikes special?
