How to Submit a Claim
Keep your proof of purchase and register your products.
To submit a warranty or no-fault claim, start with your local Ibis dealer, such as Airpark Bike Co. We suggest calling ahead of time. Ultimately you will have to bring the bike to us and we will work with Ibis to help you with the claim.
