The 2027 Orbea Rallon: Full Details & Specs
Built for gravity. Tuned for control.
The Rallon is Orbea's gravity platform, built in the same lab and on the same race track as their downhill program, then tuned for pedaling back to the top. It won't back off when the trail gets steep. Commit, and the Rallon commits with you.
An OMR carbon frame carries Orbea's GravityLink suspension, pairing a 180mm fork with 170mm of rear travel and a low shock position that keeps the center of gravity down. The layout is tuned for sensitivity, mid-stroke support, and bottom-out resistance, so the rear wheel stays connected through braking bumps, roots, and square-edge hits.
You can adjust the bike almost endlessly. There's a flip chip for High and Low settings that shifts the head angle half a degree and the bottom bracket 7mm, while also retuning suspension progressivity between 22.5% and 27.5%. An offset headset cup adds another plus-or-minus 0.75 degrees on top of that. You can adjust chainstay length between 442mm or 450mm. There's also an adjustment to swap between full 29" wheels or a 27.5"/29" mullet setup.
The entry-level E10 build is already highly competent. It pairs a Fox 38 Float Factory fork with a Fox Float X Factory shock and a Shimano Deore/SLX-level 12-speed drivetrain. The highest-level E-LTD build has a Fox Float X2 Live Valve NEO electronic unit that reads trail data and adjusts itself between climbs and descents. The frame is also sold on its own in case you'd rather build your own Rallon from the ground up.
ISCG05 tabs, internal storage, and Orbea's careful attention to cable routing and frame protection round the bike out. This is a bike built for enduro racing, bike-park days, and big mountain lines.

Visit faa.gov for full details.
Yes. The Rallon frame ships with a flip chip at the rear axle that sets the chainstay to either 442mm or 450mm. The shorter setting keeps the bike lively and easy to whip through tight sections, while the longer setting adds stability and traction at speed.
The Rallon uses an offset headset cup that adjusts the head angle by plus or minus 0.75 degrees. That's in addition to the geometry flip chip, which shifts the head angle by another half a degree and the bottom bracket height by 7mm between the High and Low settings.
The Rallon frame is designed to run either a full 29-inch setup or a mullet configuration with a 27.5-inch rear wheel and 29-inch front wheel, with no frame changes required.
The Rallon pairs a 180mm fork with 170mm of rear travel through Orbea's GravityLink suspension layout.
The Rallon E-LTD's FOX Float X2 Live Valve NEO shock reads trail data many times per second and automatically adjusts the suspension, opening up for control on the descents and firming up for efficient pedaling when it's time to climb back up.
