How to Set Up Your Bike
Carefully open the box and remove the packaging. Install the front wheel and straighten the handlebar. You'll also need pedals unless you bought pedals with your bike. The suspension (if there is one) will be pre-tuned to your weight. You should be able to ride within a few minutes of opening the box.

This 2023 Santa Cruz Hightower 3 C Frame in Matte Clear is a brand new frame with very minor cosmetic damage, which allows Airpark Bike Co to offer it at a big discount. It includes the standard lifetime frame warranty from Santa Cruz Bicycles and is a strong starting point for a custom trail bike build. This is a frame-only product and does not include a rear shock.
Condition Notes:
Minor scuffs on frame matte clear. Gives the impression of oil or shininess in some spots. Could likely be fixed with RideWrap installation. This is a Carbon C frame and is sold without a rear shock.
