We ship bikes fully assembled in a very large bike box, so there’s very little setup required when it arrives. Bikes are set up in store by our expert mechanics prior to packaging for shipping.
How to Set Up Your Bike
Carefully open the box and remove the packaging. Install the front wheel and straighten the handlebar. You'll also need pedals unless you bought pedals with your bike. The suspension (if there is one) will be pre-tuned to your weight. You should be able to ride within a few minutes of opening the box.

Is there anything you want to change on this bike? We can customize the bike for you before shipping it out, just get in touch. That includes anything from basic changes like swapping out the handlebars or saddle, to complex makeovers like a drivetrain swap.

The Haro Stray 20 is built to get you rolling into freestyle BMX without overcomplicating things. Its full High-ten steel frame brings a solid and sturdy feel, yet light enough for tricks. The geometry is tailored to help you pop jumps, spin, and land smoothly whether you're at the skatepark or just cruising around the city.
The wheels are 36-hole alloy single-wall rims. They're lighter than double-wall yet tough enough for someone still mastering the basics. They respond well when you want to flick into a grind or change direction quickly. On both front and rear, you'll find Premium CK tires sized 20 x 2.4 inches. These offer a nice balance of grip and speed, helping you hold your line on pavement or hit some dirt without slipping out.
The stopping power comes from the Diecast alloy 990 rear brake. It's reliable and straightforward, allowing you to control your speed without fuss, even when landing tricks or needing a quick stop. The pedals get their motion from KMC Z410 cranks which, while lacking high-end features, provide sturdy and efficient power transfer as you pedal and push your skills forward.
Comfort matters too, especially during longer sessions. The slim, padded saddle keeps you supported without getting in the way of moving your body freely, which is crucial when shifting your weight or getting low for tricks. Grabbing the bars, you'll notice the Premium Team flangeless grips. They're secure and comfortable under your hands, and they enhance the bike's look without extra bulk.
