How to Set Up Your Bike
Carefully open the box and remove the packaging. Install the front wheel and straighten the handlebar. You'll also need pedals unless you bought pedals with your bike. The suspension (if there is one) will be pre-tuned to your weight. You should be able to ride within a few minutes of opening the box.

The Bronson has always sat in a fun spot in the Santa Cruz lineup. This third-generation Bronson frame uses Santa Cruz’s lower-link VPP suspension layout with 150mm of rear travel, giving it the traction and support needed for hard cornering, chunky descents, and repeated hits while still keeping the bike efficient enough to climb back for another lap.
The CC carbon construction is Santa Cruz’s higher-end carbon layup, built to deliver a light, stiff, and responsive feel without giving up the durability riders expect from a real trail and all-mountain frame. Molded protection on the downtube, chainstay, seatstay, and shuttle guard areas helps protect the frame where abuse is most common. The threaded 73mm bottom bracket is simple to service, the Boost 12x148mm rear spacing keeps the back end modern and stiff, and the 31.6mm seatpost diameter works with a wide range of dropper posts.
This frame is built around 27.5-inch wheels and is also compatible with 27.5+ setups, giving the builder flexibility in how the finished bike will ride.
