The Orbea Rallon RS is built for riders who want big-mountain capability with the latest in lightweight e-MTB technology. It combines long-travel suspension, a powerful yet compact motor, and top-tier components to create a bike that feels fast, controlled, and ready for the toughest terrain.
At the center of the bike is the Orbea Rallon RS OMR carbon frame. It is designed around aggressive enduro riding and modern geometry. The 442mm chainstay length keeps the bike balanced and stable when trails get steep or rough. Orbea’s Concentric Boost design improves stiffness and durability while helping the suspension work smoothly under power.
Suspension performance is exceptional. A Fox 38 Float Factory fork with 180mm of travel leads the way. It uses the Grip X2 damper and Kashima coating for excellent sensitivity and control. This fork tracks the ground well and stays composed on fast descents. Out back, the Fox Float X2 Live Valve Neo Factory shock provides a custom tune in a 205x62.5mm trunnion configuration. The Live Valve Neo system automatically adjusts the suspension in real time. It keeps the bike efficient while pedaling and plush when the trail turns rough.
Power comes from the compact TQ HPR 40 motor. This system delivers smooth and quiet assistance that feels natural on the trail. It provides strong support on steep climbs without overwhelming the ride experience. The integrated TQ HPR 290Wh battery keeps weight low while still offering plenty of range for big rides. Riders can monitor everything through the Orbea System Controller and operate the electronic dropper with the integrated eDropper remote.
The drivetrain is built with Shimano’s latest XTR components. The Shimano XTR M9250 shifter works with the XTR M9260 rear derailleur for precise shifting under load. A Shimano CS-M9200 10-51T cassette provides a massive gear range for steep climbs and fast sections. The Shimano CN-9100 chain completes the system and keeps power transfer smooth and reliable.
The crankset is the e*thirteen Helix Race alloy with a 32T chainring. It is strong, efficient, and ready for aggressive riding. An Orbea eBike chainguide keeps the chain secure when trails get rough.
Braking power is handled by Shimano XTR 9220 hydraulic disc brakes. These brakes offer incredible modulation and stopping power. They give riders confidence when entering steep or technical sections.
Rolling duties are handled by Oquo Mountain Control MC32LTD wheels. These wheels are light, stiff, and built for aggressive riding. The front tire is a Maxxis Minion with 2.40 width, 120 TPI casing, and MaxxTerra compound. It delivers excellent grip and precise cornering. The rear tire is a Maxxis High Roller III with 2.40 width and MaxxGripp compound for maximum traction under power and braking.
The cockpit uses Orbea’s OC Mountain Control components. The MC10 carbon handlebar measures 800mm wide with a 20mm rise for confident control. The MC11 aluminum stem keeps steering precise with a clean 0-degree design. Riders can easily mount their cycling computer using the OC CM-05 Garmin and Sigma compatible mount.
Comfort and control continue with the OC Mountain Control MC10 electronic dropper post in 31.6mm diameter. It allows quick saddle adjustments for climbing and descending. The Fizik Terra Ridon X1 saddle provides support for long rides while remaining comfortable on technical terrain.
