We ship bikes fully assembled in a very large bike box, so there’s very little setup required when it arrives. Bikes are set up in store by our expert mechanics prior to packaging for shipping.
How to Set Up Your Bike
Carefully open the box and remove the packaging. Install the front wheel and straighten the handlebar. You'll also need pedals unless you bought pedals with your bike. The suspension (if there is one) will be pre-tuned to your weight. You should be able to ride within a few minutes of opening the box.

Is there anything you want to change on this bike? We can customize the bike for you before shipping it out, just get in touch. That includes anything from basic changes like swapping out the handlebars or saddle, to complex makeovers like a drivetrain swap.

The 2027 Orbea Rallon E10 makes the newest Rallon platform more attainable without giving up the core ingredients that make this bike special. You still get the OMR carbon frame, GravityLink suspension layout, 180mm Fox 38 fork, 170mm rear travel, aggressive enduro geometry, and the adjustable details that let the bike be tailored for different terrain and rider preferences. It is built for people who want to ride serious descents and still pedal back for more.
Rallon’s frame design is focused on control at speed. The low shock position helps drop the center of gravity, which gives the bike a calmer, more planted feel when the trail gets steep or chopped up. The suspension kinematics are tuned for sensitivity, mid-stroke support, and bottom-out resistance, helping the rear wheel stay connected through braking bumps, roots, and square-edge hits. This is exactly the kind of behavior that makes a long-travel enduro bike feel faster, not just softer.
The E10 build pairs Fox 38 Float Factory 180mm, GRIP X2 damper, Kashima coating with a Fox Float X Factory Trunnion 2-position EVOL LV Kashima shock, 205x62.5mm custom tune, giving riders premium damping and the stiffness needed for a bike this capable. The Shimano SLX/Deore 12-speed drivetrain offers a wide 10-51 gear range for steep climbs and transfer sections, while Shimano MT620 hydraulic disc brakes provide strong, straightforward stopping power.
