2027 Yeti LT X0/90

The 2027 Yeti LT X0/90 delivers the core performance of Yeti’s new long-travel platform with a durable mechanical Transmission and premium FOX Factory suspension. The TURQ Series carbon frame provides 160mm of Sixfinity rear travel, while a 170mm FOX Factory 38 GRIP X2 fork gives the front end the stiffness and control needed for high-speed enduro riding.

This build is aimed at riders who want sophisticated chassis tuning and serious descending capability without relying on electronic shifting. It remains composed on rough climbs and rewards deliberate rider input when descending at pace. It's a dependable platform that can be maintained easily and ridden hard.

SRAM’s 90 mechanical Transmission handles shifting with a direct, robust feel. The derailleur and shifter are paired with an X0 10-52t cassette, X0 chain, and X0 crankset with 165mm arms. The combination provides a wide climbing range, improved pedal clearance, and drivetrain components designed to tolerate hard shifting under load. Cable-actuated operation also means no battery charging, a bonus if you appreciate mechanical simplicity.

The suspension performance is uncompromised. The FOX Factory 38 uses the GRIP X2 damper for detailed compression and rebound adjustment, and the custom-tuned Float X2 shock is calibrated around the LT’s Sixfinity kinematics. Riders can select 15%, 20%, or 25% leverage-rate progression to alter support and bottom-out resistance. This gives the same bike the ability to feel supple and planted on natural trails or more progressive for bike-park laps and larger impacts.

SRAM Maven Silver brakes clamp 200mm HS2 rotors at both ends, providing the power required to control a 160mm bike on steep, sustained terrain. DT Swiss E 1900 alloy wheels offer a dependable 30mm internal platform, and an EXC 1700 EVO carbon upgrade is available for riders prioritizing lower rotating weight and quicker acceleration. Schwalbe Pro Radial tires complete the traction package with a Magic Mary Trail Ultra Soft front and Albert Gravity Soft rear.

Yeti built adjustability into the frame itself. The LT can run dual 29-inch wheels or an MX setup using included chips. Riders converting to mixed wheels can preserve the standard geometry or choose a slacker setting. Interchangeable dropouts provide standard and 10mm-longer chainstay positions, while size-specific geometry and rear-center lengths help maintain balanced handling across the full size range. The headtube standard also allows aftermarket reach and angle cups for additional refinement.

Everyday details include integrated frame storage with a fitted bag, substantial downtube and chain-slap protection, a threaded bottom bracket, Boost rear spacing, UDH compatibility, a 200mm rear brake post mount, a top-tube accessory mount, and concealed tracker storage. A Crankbrothers Highline dropper, Yeti carbon handlebar, Burgtec Enduro MK4 stem, ODI grips, and WTB saddle finish the build.
