Yeti offers a Frame Lifetime Warranty for frames made in 2019 or later, covering manufacturing defects and providing 1-year paint and finish coverage. Warranties are processed through an authorized dealer like Airpark Bike Co. Older frames have a 5-year or 2-year warranty. Yeti also offers Crash Replacement for non-warranty frame damage at a reasonable price. Yeti Cycles apparel is covered for 2 years for material and workmanship defects.

Frame lifetime warranty

Yeti offers a Frame Lifetime Warranty for all frames manufactured in 2019 or later, including the Switch Infinity link. This warranty covers any damage resulting from manufacturing defects. It also includes a 1-year coverage for paint and finish. If the frame is determined to be defective, Yeti Cycles will either repair or replace it at their discretion.

To be eligible for the warranty, you must be the original owner of the bike and you must have bought it from an authorized Yeti Cycles dealer. You also need to register your frame online at YetiCycles.com/registration.

It’s important to note that this warranty doesn’t cover damage due to regular wear and tear, neglect, or intentional damage. Don’t smash your frame with a hammer and try get a new one!

Frames model year 2018 and older are covered under the previous 5-year or 2-year warranty, depending on the purchase date.

Yeti Crash Replacement

Yeti Cycles also offers a Crash Replacement option if your frame is damaged due to a non-warranty situation like wiping out on a trail. Under the Crash Replacement option, you can get a replacement part at a reasonable price, under the same conditions as the frame warranty.

Yeti Cycles Apparel Warranty

Yeti Cycles apparel comes with a 2-year warranty. This warranty guarantees that the apparel is free from any defects in materials and workmanship.

The warranty does not cover failures resulting from accidents, misuse, improper care, modifications, or normal wear.

The apparel warranty is valid for the original owner only, used apparel is not covered. You might need to show a receipt or other proof of purchase to confirm the product is less than 2 years old. Also, altered apparel is not covered.

If Yeti identifies any defects in the apparel, they can choose whether to repair, replace, or refund the product.
