We ship bikes fully assembled in a very large bike box, so there’s very little setup required when it arrives. Bikes are set up in store by our expert mechanics prior to packaging for shipping.
How to Set Up Your Bike
Carefully open the box and remove the packaging. Install the front wheel and straighten the handlebar. You'll also need pedals unless you bought pedals with your bike. The suspension (if there is one) will be pre-tuned to your weight. You should be able to ride within a few minutes of opening the box.
Customize This Bike
Is there anything you want to change on this bike? We can customize the bike for you before shipping it out, just get in touch. That includes anything from basic changes like swapping out the handlebars or saddle, to complex makeovers like a drivetrain swap.

If you’re after a trail bike that feels at home whether you’re climbing steep trails or bombing down technical descents, the 2025 Yeti SB120 C2 GX deserves a hard look. This bike blends thoughtful design and solid components to help you focus on the ride without worrying about your gear.
Frame and Design
The frame uses Yeti’s C-Series carbon construction, giving you a setup that's light but tough. It's built to efficiently turn your pedal strokes into forward motion without feeling harsh. The geometry isn't just about numbers on paper. It helps you stay balanced and in control, even on tricky terrain. Cables run inside the frame for a tidy look and less hassle when cleaning or maintenance.
Drivetrain
The bike is equipped with SRAM’s high-performance GX Eagle groupset, giving you access to 12 speeds with a huge range thanks to the 10-52 tooth cassette. The 12-speed setup gives an equivalent range to a 2x11 setup. It's also backwards compatible, making replacement parts at the ready. According to SRAM, it’s the simplest, most trouble-free drivetrain system ever made, and has a significant weight advantage over other drivetrain systems. The derailleur holds up under real-world trail stress and shifts crisply, so there's no fumbling when you need to change gears fast. Your power delivery is smooth and consistent with the 30T crankset and matching chain.
Brakes
You'll also find a set of SRAM G2 R brakes, which offer strong and predictable modulation. When you hit a steep drop or a tight corner, these brakes give you the confidence to lock in your line without worry.
Suspension
Up front, the Fox Performance 34 fork provides 130mm of travel, soaking up trail chatter while keeping your handling precise. In the rear, the Fox Float DPS shock offers 120mm of travel and three settings so you can adjust for climbing or descending quickly.
Additional Features
Getting your saddle right is a breeze with the OneUp dropper post. It slides smoothly and holds position to help you move between climbing and descending positions without missing a beat. The wheels are DT Swiss M1900 models with a 30mm internal rim width, ideal for wrapping Maxxis tires that balance grip and speed. Up front is the Minion DHF 2.5 Exo, perfect for biting into loose terrain. The rear uses the Aggressor 2.3 Exo for rolling efficiency and good traction.
Other details like the Cane Creek 40 integrated headset and a SRAM Dub BSA 73 bottom bracket complete a bike designed to last through rugged trails and long days of riding.
