The 2025 Yeti SB120 Lunch Ride T3 X0 Transmission is built to thrive on all kinds of trails. From tricky climbs to fast, flowing descents, this bike strikes a balance between precise control and dependable performance. What you get is a setup that stays composed on technical terrain but still feels lively and responsive when you pick up speed.
Starting with the frame, Yeti’s TURQ carbon provides a strong and lightweight base. The geometry leans modern, giving stability where you need it but without dulling your connection to the trail. Internal cable routing keeps everything neat, making maintenance easier and cutting down on clutter.
The drivetrain centers around the SRAM X0 Eagle AXS transmission. Wireless shifting means fewer hassles with cables and a smooth, crisp feel every time you tap the buttons. The 12-speed range combined with the wide 10-52T cassette covers everything from steep ascents to quick flats. Customizable with the SRAM AXS Pod Controller, switching gears stays intuitive and in your control.
The suspension is handled by RockShox’s Pike Ultimate fork up front with 140mm of travel and a Super Deluxe Ultimate shock in the rear offering 120mm. Both work together to soak up bumps and rough terrain without sacrificing pedaling efficiency. You’ll find the adjustability handy to dial in the ride depending on how aggressive or mellow the trail gets.
You'll also find a set of SRAM Code RSC brakes, letting you modulate your speed with confidence. These brakes are strong but don’t feel grabby, which means you can be precise even on tricky descents.
Supporting the whole setup, DT Swiss XM1700 wheels with a 30mm internal rim width provide a sturdy platform for the Maxxis Minion DHF 2.5 Exo front tire and Maxxis Aggressor 2.3 Exo rear tire. That combo grips well across varied terrain, balancing traction and speed.
Extras like the Fox Transfer dropper post let you adjust saddle height on the fly, helping with quick transitions between climbing and descending. The Cane Creek 40 headset smooths out steering, while the Yeti Carbon handlebar offers a wide, sturdy grip that keeps things controlled without compromising comfort.
